I bought this mug for my partner for a Christmas gift. I loved when he smiled really big when the words and picture of the dachshund appeared after the hot liquid was poured in the cup.

My purchase was a gift and the inside of cup cracked soon after giving gift, luckily you are going to replace it, but have not received replacement yet, however, you all advertised it as microwaveable and dishwasher safe when I purchased item and you are now saying it's not microwaveable, if I had known that I would have asked for a refund instead of replacing it.  But loved the mug.
