five stars for the delivery as stated.  The problem with the blue writing on black mug, is you cannot read the words properly, so very disappointed with this and hope you people inprove & alter the colour writing...NOT BLUE!!  So very glad for the emails detailing the shipment etc.   Hopefully you can improve with more similar items and have a beautiful daughter also and want a similar mug with heartfelt words also...Thank you, as my son is a paraplegic now after accident and only has half vision in both eyes, so if I can't read the writing properly, he won't.

They are lovely. I am sure that my sons would love them when they get them for their birthday.
