I love the mugs. The statement describes all of us serious coffee drinkers to a tea (pun intended).

I do want to add that I received excellent service during the ordering/re-ordering process of my mugs. The first two I ordered were, unfortunately, damaged. When I wrote and described the problem, customer service was prompt, professional and courteous. A new set of mugs was sent immediately. They arrived in better packaging. They are perfect!  For this reason, I had to give only 4 stars their arrival status. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars all the way!

Love them. But hopefully I get a response from this review.  One question, the details say micro wave and dishwasher safe but bottom of cup say do not put in dishwasher?? Confused!!!
